Our vascular neurology specialists focus on excellence in patient care and advancing our understanding and treatment of cerebrovascular diseases and stroke through research.

Our state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and treatment facilities enable our neurologists, working alongside neurointerventionalists, neurosurgeons, and physiatrists, to treat all forms of stroke and vascular disease affecting the brain and spinal cord.

In addition, we have a neurosonology lab, where we can perform carotid duplex and transcranial Doppler studies, which are analyzed by certified physicians.

Physician Referral May Be Required

All new patients to our Neurology clinics may require a physician referral. Please call us at 214-645-8800 with any questions.

Appointment Information

On the day of the appointment, please arrive 30 minutes early to allow time for parking and registration. We will do our best to see you at your scheduled appointment time.

Please bring the following items to your appointment:

  • Current insurance card
  • Driver’s license or other approved government picture ID
  • Method of payment – credit or debit card only 
  • Current medications
  • Relevant past medical records, if available
  • Completed paperwork, if you received forms before the visit

Canceling an Appointment

If you need to cancel an appointment, please call the clinic or cancel via MyChart 24 to 48 hours in advance, so that we can accommodate other patients waiting for an appointment.
